Question: How long does production take?
Our products are made to order and take approx. 2-5 business days to create before being shipped. Please be advised that personalized items may take longer for the customization. 

 

Question: How long does shipping take?

After your order is created and shipped - 

  • For U.S. orders: 7-12 business days
  • Rest of the world:  7-20 business days 

Please note, these timeframes are typical, and sometimes logistic issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than the estimated times. 

During the holidays expect an increase in shipping time!

NOTICE: Our store has products that are produced and shipped from different locations. If you order more than one item from us, the items may arrive in separate packages. They may also arrive on different days and often earlier than expected. 

  • The tracking shows "Label Created" for a long time. We create shipping labels for orders at the same time the order enters production, but the shipping information will only update once the package is picked up, transported to the carrier shipping hub, and scanned. This means an order needs to be made, packaged, and then transported before an update on shipping will be displayed. During busy periods, you may see "Label Created" for some time as this process is completed, but rest assured your order is being worked on.

 

Question: Where do you ship from?

Although we are based in Florida, we partner with several production facilities to provide you with the best product options. Our products are shipped from multiple locations including St Petersburg, FL, and Charlotte, NC as well as international partners in Amsterdam and China. 

 

Question: I made a mistake with my order info; how do I correct it?

Kindly email us (hello@getgifts.so) within 24 hours and we can try to adjust your order. Often times, it is not possible to accept a change once in production. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.

 

Question: How do I cancel an order?
Here at GetGifts, we pride ourselves with our fast order processing and shipment. As soon as an order is placed, our team is working hard to immediately prepare it for dispatched. Thus, we can only approve order cancellation requests within the first 24 hours after an order is placed. Just email us at hello@getgifts.co or send us a message here.

 

Question: I tried to email but I haven’t heard back
Please note that we do try to email back as soon as possible during regular office hours, Monday through Friday (9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time) for our customer service team. If after hours, please allow for a 24-hour response time.

 

Question: How do I track my package?
You will receive an email with your tracking number and the courier information after the order has been made and shipped out! Sometimes these notifications may go to spam. You can also check the tracking via our website under Track Orders using your email and order number.



Question: My order has been marked as delivered but I have not received it.
Please follow these instructions:

  1. Double-checking your mailbox (If owned).
  2. Sometimes the order is delivered 1 or 2 days after the scheduled delivery. We please ask you to be patient.
  3. You can call the local post office with your tracking number and ask for a more detailed report on your order.
  4. If still no luck, please reach out to us and we can further investigate. 

 

Question: I see multiple charges on my card, how do I get one removed?

In the rare event that a card receives a double charge for an item after processing, please contact support, and we will issue a refund for it. Support is best reached at hello@getgifts.co

Please note, if an item has shipping insurance available - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.

 

Question: What about customs fees/taxes on international orders?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
